Head - IT&CS
Role :
The person would be required to handle a large team spread across multi locations and would be involved in following :
- Ensure the effective management of Suppliers, Vendors and Partners including the Selection, Contract and Performance Management of agreed parties (If applicable)
- Deliver on financial budget targets and fulfill the target for Balance Scorecard.
- Support the sales and delivery of services within own domain.
- Coach members of the organisation to grow their skills and achieve a behaviour which is in line with Operations Consulting.
- To understand and improve the profitability of the projects running within own domain.
- To understand and influence the Critical Path and Main Deliverable of each of the Service Delivery Contracts ongoing within their own domain in their own Unit
- To understand the customers objective and pain points in the ongoing and up-coming projects within their own domain and own BU - Lead accordingly.
- Actively participate in Steering Groups for Key Projects.
- Ensure that offers are based on bench-marked data and re-use of best practices from the common knowledge base.
- To be able to have a customer sales dialogue about solutions (including hardware, software and services) across the domain.
Requirement :
- Prefer ladies with BE/B.Tech + MBA with at least 17 years experience in System Integration/Consulting in Telecom domain.
- Experience of leading and managing large teams spread across various geographic locations.
