- Exposure to client service background is a must. Liaise with the clients and give them operational comfort on company's information security framework. Should be able to guide the BUs regarding the IT security requirements for their clients
- Should have strong experience in IT Infrastructure Management applications and information security.
- Should have managed help desk and other IT (Sapience) tools in a large set-up. Hands-on experience on Windows 2012 AD, email infrastructure, datacenter monitoring tool (Manage Engine) for multiple office locations.
- Managing BCP-DR as per compliance & IT Audits. Be an expert on ISMS & ISO Process Certifications
- Strong Asset management & Vendor management.
- Strong leadership skills with management experience for managing & guiding existing Internal IT team @ HO & remote office both in terms of IT Infrastructure and Information Security
- Effective verbal & written communication with Internal Business Units & organization clients.
- Prepare, Maintain & Publish SOP's for company's internal users and IT team with version control.
- Maintain Incident SLA for all Incident request for internal client and also change management
- Proactively monitor all company's IT Infrastructures on daily basis and take corrective actions. Prepare daily, weekly & monthly IT Infrastructure report for management.
- Share process improvement ideas to company as well as the Clients on IT security and Systems fronts.
- Integrate company's internal applications with the new Unified Tool (ERP) and be an IT Infra & Security SPOC for the company while implementing various external tools like ERP, CRM, KM, Sales Force, PM, etc
- Liaison with and offers strategic direction to related governance functions (such as Physical Security/Facilities, Risk Management, IT, HR, and Compliance) plus senior and middle managers throughout the organization as necessary, on information security matters such as routine security activities plus emerging security risks and control technologies
- Leads the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of the Information Security Management System based on the ISO/IEC 27000 series standards, including certification against ISO/IEC 27001 where applicable
- Contribute to - centre of excellence- for information security management, for example offering internal management consultancy advice and practical assistance on information security risk and control matters throughout the organization and promoting the commercial advantages of managing information security risks more efficiently and effectively
- Implementation of necessary information security policies, standards, procedures and guidelines, in conjunction with Compliance Committee
