Head - Information Technology

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of IT to lead our technology operations and digital transformation journey within the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) domain.

This role involves overseeing the IT infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and tech support across all departments and project sites.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives in the EPC domain

- Drive digital transformation and adopt innovative technology solutions for improved project delivery

- Forecast infrastructure needs and ensure scalability across projects

- Oversee ERP implementation, customization, and maintenance (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

- Ensure seamless system integration across departments (engineering, procurement, finance)

- Lead IT infrastructure planning and deployment (data centers, cloud, communication networks)

- Ensure high availability and reliable IT services for both office and remote project sites

- Implement and maintain IT security policies and disaster recovery plans

- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and industry regulations

- Lead and mentor the IT team while driving performance and innovation

- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party services

- Prepare and manage IT budgets efficiently, aligning investments with business priorities

- Oversee IT components of EPC projects, ensuring effective support for operations

- Deploy tools and platforms to enable project tracking, resource management, and collaboration

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Engineering (Master's/MBA preferred)

- Minimum 5 years in IT leadership, preferably in EPC/construction sectors

- Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems

- Proven ability to manage remote IT support for distributed teams

- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection standards

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with EPC tools (Primavera, AutoCAD, Bentley Systems, etc.)

- Experience leading digital transformation using AI, IoT, or big data

- Strong vendor management and outsourcing experience
