IT Head

- Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedulers for complete information technology infrastructure in company.

- Collaborate with and maintain communications with executives and department heads in the organization.

- Design, implement and enforce the policies, procedures and best practices for their IT team or department.

- Research IT solutions and make recommendations for the improvement of IT systems and IT infrastructure.

- Negotiate and approve technology vendor, outsourcing, and consultant contracts and service agreements.

- Vendor & consultant management

- Coordinate IT staffing, including hiring, supervision, scheduling, professional development and discipline.

- Oversee all phases of internal IT infrastructure project from conception to completion.

- Assist with upgrading information security.

- Represent organisation IT in client meetings

- Will be responsible for implementation and support of IT BCP and Disaster recovery plan.

- Participate in requirement gathering sessions with internal/external clients and document requirement and work towards suitable solution.

- Manage team of System/Network Administrators, Helpdesk Team.

- Ensure IT infrastructure project is completed within budget and on time.

- Follow PMI standards to manage projects through the project lifecycles of initiation, planning, execution and closure.

- Develop work-breakdown structures.

- Collaborate with overseas clients on project requirements

- Responsible for internal/external IT audits and certification requirements

- Develop project/operations tracking and variance reports.

- Assemble risk management plans and work effort documents.

- Create documentation.

- Provide risk assessment.

- Review estimates.

- Assess new opportunities.

- Flag potential issues.

- Help develop security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms.
