Head - Information Technology

We are currently looking for a Head IT role for a corporate into vocational education based in Delhi. A professional who is ready to take challenges and work with nationally distributed teams to develop cutting edge IT Infrastructure, is responsible for the ROI of technology decisions and its impact on business.

KRA's :

- Provide leadership to the IT team through inspirational leadership and mentoring

- Work closely with 3rd party providers

- Envisage the business delivery model through IT ERP (Microsoft Navision 2013, SQL Server, Oracle), network, and customer experience and service mandate

- To ensure seamless IT service delivery in a project environment and end to end management of ERP, network and Portals

- Ensure IT Quality Assurance, SLA adherence and Team collaboration

- Manage 24x7x365 support model and distributed teams.

Education Criteria :

B.Tech/B.E/MCA/Diploma engineering. - Computers, Electronics/Telecommunications.

CTC Range- 18-22 lacs p.a
