Head of Infrastructure Services, Information Security & Risk

- Must have 18 + Years of increasing experience in Global Infrastructure, Information Security, IT (Information Technology) Audit and or IT Risk management with strong academic background. Should have the maturity and leadership presence to approach their work delivery & prioritization independently.

- Strategic Oversight and Execution, Building High Performing Teams and Culture. Responsible for the operational and strategic leadership of the information security teams. Provide strategic direction to the team in alignment with the enterprise information security team and the CISO.

- Ability to lead, partner and influence the operational teams as well as our scrum teams to ensure outcomes of both customer-focused across infrastructure and security domains including identity and access management, cyber defense, software security, cloud security, data protection and governance, risk, and compliance.

- Experience with core Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Network Topology

- Experience of handling: Server, Storage, Network, Cloud, Audio-Visual, Collaboration Technologies, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, AWS (Amazon Web Services) etc.

- Should have a global understanding of information security compliance including laws and regulations.

- Good understanding of user environment management, including desktops/laptops, A/V equipment, profile management, software delivery tools and processes.

- Effective communication skills, ability to influence, manage conflict with strong ethics, integrity, and equity.

- Ability to stay current with emerging trends, threats, security risks and potential impacts to the business.

- Should have strong exposure to security frameworks such as NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) or ISO, security technology.

- Should have a sense of urgency and confidently drive action, consensus and execution without regulatory mandates and enable secure and effective business outcomes.
