Head - Influencer Marketing & Social Media
This role will lead the strategic development and execution of our social media and influencer marketing initiatives and will be responsible for enhancing the brand presence, engaging with the audience and driving the social media marketing efforts across various platforms including YouTube management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with each brand's business goals and brand voice including influencer marketing strategies and YouTube monetization strategies.
- Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging content including graphics, videos and written posts tailored to different social media platforms.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media and influencer marketing campaigns to drive engagement, awareness, and conversions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify, engage and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors who align with company's values and target audience. Negotiate contracts, manage deliverables and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Audience Engagement: Foster and manage relationships with our social media community. Respond to comments, messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze and report on social media and influencer marketing metrics. Use data driven insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Collaborations: Work closely with internal teams including brand marketing, PR and product development to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends, tools and best practices. Implement innovative approaches to keep company's social media presence fresh and relevant.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of social media professionals providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and company objectives.

- Deep knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, You Tube etc.) and their advertising tools.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies, including identifying, negotiating and managing influencer partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to produce visually appealing content.
Desired Profile:
- Should have worked in a similar role for at least 10 to 12 years
- Qualification: Graduate or MBA/MMS from a reputed institute
