Head - Influencer Management Vertical for a Decoratives / Building Materials conglomerate
As the Head - Influencer Management, s/he will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, engagement, growth, generate & convert leads for higher sales numbers within the industry through strategic influencer partnerships. Reporting to the President, s/he will lead a small team & have joint responsibility for identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with influencers across various platforms - digital & physical.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives and target audience.
2. Influencer Identification: Identify and assess potential influencers whose values, audience demographics, and content align with the brand's image and messaging.
3. Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships, contracts, and deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
4. Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.
5. Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling and authentic content that resonates with their audience while showcasing the company's products and values.
6. Performance Analysis: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, leveraging data and insights to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI.
7. Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to high-impact partnerships and initiatives to drive maximum results.
8. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team (both direct & indirect) of influencer marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster growth and success.
9. Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing, proactively incorporating new ideas and innovations into strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA, though not essential, is preferred.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in sales a bulk of which should be in Projects, A+ID handling and in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Strong understanding of the building materials industry and knowledge of key trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative influencer strategies that align with business objectives.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
