Job Brief:

Oversee the overall operations and management of an industrial park. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the park& efficiency, profitability, and attractiveness to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies to enhance the industrial park & competitiveness, profitability, and sustainability.

2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with the clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and issues promptly.

3. Oversee the maintenance, development, and improvement of the park's infrastructure and facilities, including roads, utilities, security systems, landscaping, and common areas.

4. Develop and manage the park's budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal utilization of resources. Monitor financial performance, prepare financial reports, and implement measures to achieve revenue targets and cost control.

5. Liaising with officials of government departments and regulatory bodies

6. Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Foster a positive work environment, promote collaboration, and encourage innovation.

7. Collaborate with government agencies, local authorities, community organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to maintain positive relationships, address concerns, and leverage opportunities for the industrial park & growth.

8. Identify and implement sustainable practices and green initiatives within the industrial park, promoting energy efficiency, waste management, and environmental conservation.

9. Maintenance and effective Operation for providing uninterrupted utilities for clients (Common Effluent Treatment Plant, Water treatment & distribution, Hazardous Waste management, Solid Waste Management, Fire service, Health service Solvent Recovery etc)

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing industrial parks, commercial real estate, or large-scale facilities.

- Strong knowledge of industrial park operations, leasing practices, property management, and financial analysis.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in leading and motivating a diverse team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and government officials.

- Understanding of regulatory compliance, environmental standards, and zoning requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.

- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.

- Experience in commissioning and operation of all kinds of wastewater treatment/hazardous waste treatment and management
