Job Description - Provides leadership, direction, and expertise on HR key issues and ensures qualified delivery of all central HR services (Staffing and Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation & benefits, Industrial Relations) on time for the organization

- HR Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and lead the implementation of the People Strategy, in alignment with the business strategy.

- To participate and effectively contribute in management meetings, decision making process, planning and budgeting exercises

The Successful Candidate - A seasoned human resources professional with a deep and broad understanding of all key functional human resources areas.

- A human resources specialist, who is a true partner to business managers.
