About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead our Industry Relations department. In this role, you will be responsible for building and fostering strategic partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and universities (both international and Indian) to support our mission.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive industry relations strategy that aligns with the university's strategic goals.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in industry sectors relevant to the university's research and educational focus.

- Secure sponsored research opportunities, internships, and collaborative projects with industry partners.

- Foster collaboration between faculty, researchers, and industry on joint research initiatives and technology transfer projects.

- Negotiate and manage industry partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Oversee the development and implementation of industry engagement programs, such as workshops, conferences, and guest lectures.

- Track and measure the success of industry relations activities and report on key metrics.

- Stay updated on industry trends and identify emerging areas for collaboration.

- Manage a team of industry relations professionals and provide coaching and mentorship.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in industry relations or a related field, with a proven track record of success in building and managing strategic partnerships.

- Must have significant experience working within a university setting.

- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with industry leaders, research institutions, and universities (both international and Indian) on research and development initiatives.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Maximum age of 45 years.
