We're looking for someone to Head the Industrial Relations vertical for our clients, an e-commerce startup with a multi-billion valuation. This individual would require to have extensive experience in this segment and dealing with problems that generally stem from working within the industrial framework. The role is based in Bangalore.

Should be Graduate with preferably a post grad qualification in HR/Labour Laws.

Premium College/Business School not mandatory.

Total experience in relevant areas could be 15 years or more.

Preferably worked in Manufacturing.

Knowledge of local language would be preferred.

- Well versed with Process and Compliance Audits in HR

- Well versed with Labour Laws in Manufacturing Sector

- Knowledge of Factories and Shops and Establishments Act

- Handled Labour Inspectors and other Regulators (ESI/PF etc.)

- Has a working knowledge of laws pertaining to white collar employees - Termination, Suspension, Anti Sexual Harassment etc.

Job Profile:

- Would be the internal expert on Labour Laws - both Blue and White Collar employees and liaise with internal and external Legal Team whenever required.

- Needs to be liaise with Govt. Officials whenever required.

Reporting: Report to Head of HR
