Our client is a major in the Healthcare space with a strong presence in India. They are looking for a Compliance Head to oversee and administer the overall compliances and drive Industrial relations in the firm

Description:

Reporting into the Group HR Head, you will be managing a team of people and will be responsible for:

- Strategizing and implementing compliances as per the industry best practices

- Creating the overall Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR

- Work with regional HR teams to understand the challenges on ground and develop strategies for a seamless and uniform hiring process

- Partner to understand ongoing HR needs, anticipate and provide timely solutions on people matters

- Design solutions on matters including Mergers & Acquisitions, union discussions, conduct due diligence, represent the firm in court, ensure statutory compliances are met and assist during audits

- Work closely with the stakeholders to understand the requirements well along with sharing market insights to improve quality

Profile:

- Candidates with 10-17 years of experience as a Plant HR and managing compliances

- Proven track record of innovative HR management while handling unions and negotiations

- Superior people development skills and robust stakeholder management skills

- Proficient in written, verbal communication and presentation skills with great attention to detail

- Go-getter and passionate to deliver in an ever changing, complex and dynamic environment

- Advanced ability to solve problems efficiently and creatively
