We are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist with a strong background in core IR and statutory compliances to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing industrial relations, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing expert advice on IR matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage industrial relations, including collective bargaining, dispute resolution, and employee grievances.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement IR strategies to support business objectives and minimize industrial disputes.
- Negotiate with unions and employee representatives on collective agreements, disputes, and other IR matters.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on IR matters, including employment law, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with union officials, employee representatives, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications - Master 's degree in Industrial Relations (full time), HR, Law, or a related field.
