- IR needs analysis and support in meeting the requirements.
- Initiatives/ implementation of sound IR practices and for improving employee performance and satisfaction.
- Integration and standardization of IR systems and processes.
- Supporting businesses and top management on IR matters.
- Ensuring adherence to matters of IR compliance.
- Create an understanding of culture and values to help the decisions and actions of all employees.
- Management information system-period reporting
- Other matters of importance from IR & HR perspective
Education, Experience and Key Skills :
Past experience of successful IR leadership is desired
- Experienced in IR roles.
- Strong Business Orientation and skilled in overall IR and related roles.
- MBA from leading Institutes.
- 12-15 years of post-qualification experience in demanding roles involving work content similar to stated responsibilities.
