Head - Industrial Relations

We are currently identifying a Head of IR for their Clay division to be based at Trivandrum, Kerala. This position would be responsible for all the IR activities in the Clays division.

- The position would report to the COO of the company and would have a team reporting to him.Our client is one of the leading companies in specialty minerals, Starches and Modified Starches with world class R&D facilities for research in Kaolins and Starches, enabling the organization to be specialized solution providers for various applications spanning diverse Industries.

They have 2 business divisions ( Clay & Starch)with manufacturing plants located Kerala and Haryana.

- Candidates should have 10-15 years of post MBA experience in managing Industrial Relations, dealing with labor union Issues in manufacturing set-up. Speaking knowledge of Malayalam is mandatory.
