Role Description (List down 10 (max) discrete jobs in the order of priority) Applicable SOP
- Conduct monthly meeting with the union / general body meeting/canteen committee meeting.
- Fixation of wages and salaries of all categories of employees as per company policy and statutory provisions and timely disbursement of Salary, PPI, Bonus and LTWS Benefits.
- Timely distribution of uniform, shoes, salary advances, loans, canteen and transport facilities.
- Recruit, train and deploy both Permanent, Temp workmen. Deployment of contract workmen.
- Counsel employees on absenteeism and participation in TEI activities and initiate appropriate actions
- Organizational Development - Identify low performer based on PED norms and improve efficiency by counselling them on a regular basis, take measures to reduce absenteeism for improvement.
- Maintain good working relationship with statutory authorities and obtain/renew clearances related to existing and new projects from statutory authorities
- Statutory Payments - Coordinate and collect all relevant data for PPI / Bonus for discussion and disbursement.
