Position - Head Manufacturing

 Industry - Industrial & Heavy Machinery

Location - Coimbatore

- Responsible for the deliverables of the manufacturing functions through Improving operating efficiencies, reduction of production costs, overall plant improvement, high quality, on time delivery to the customers

- Implementation of transformation projects as per timeline

- Adherence to Systems / SOPs

Candidate Profile:

- The incumbent should be a graduate in Mechanical engineering and preferably with MBA in Operations.

- Overall, 20 to 25 years of experience in a Manufacturing organization including 10+ years experience in leading the Manufacturing/ Operations function

- Should have sufficient Exposure/Experience/Knowledge on TQM Management, Lean

- Manufacturing and Theory of Constraints

- Needs to be efficient in People Management / Leadership skills.

- Candidates should have experience of working in Industrial & Heavy Machinery or Capital Equipment industry is a must
