Responsibilities:
- Formulates a marketing strategy on an international scale, leading and delivering the marketing needs of the business in new and emerging markets, driving forward activity to support commercial objectives.
- Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of products and services.
- Leading the retention and acquisition of new business, ensuring best practice is in place to drive revenue, new customer growth and ROI from all marketing activity in overseas territories.
- Leading the development of a relevant distribution model that is suitable for all global territories, and a Marketing based segmentation plan, to drive sales.
- Recommends yearly budget and prudently manages resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations
- Sales & Business Development of Industrial battery in African, MEA, CIS, American and ASEAN markets.
- Appointing new distributors in all the international markets where EIL would like to export.
- Working with existing distributors to grow distribution by appointing new dealers.
- To coordinate amongst factories , corporate functions and engineering to make business plans , introduce new products ,optimize exports logistics and steer VA/VE programs towards cost optimization.
- Ensure optimum capacity utilization in line with agreed long term investment plan.
Qualification
- Engineer with MBA having 12 to 15 years of experience in International marketing with at least 5 years heading International markets for min of 800Cr. Revenue.
- Understand various avenues to earn revenue and sound in financial analysis to drive profitability
- Good communication skills to develop and build symbiotic professional relationships with Peer group.
- Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries.
- Effective networking and influencing skills.
