Education - BE/B. Tech/ MBA Qualified with 15 years of experience in Indirect Procurement with Global Market(Must)

Responsibilities and requirements

- Typically manages several key services through subordinate managers/professionals or leads complex and significant tasks and projects of global scope

- Must have work experience in the Global market preferred AMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa).

- Often contributes to Global Function policies and direction; recommends process, product or service improvements

- Manages budget and resources allocated to own area

- Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges

- Often required to solve unique and complex problems using unique and/or new solution

- Ensures delivery of all departmental objectives

- Communication skills required to influence and negotiate with others internally and externally, typically at senior levels

- Typically manages large, potentially diverse teams of managers and/or senior professionals

- Develop plans and delivers results in potentially fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory environments

- Often required to look beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems

- Typically manages large complex project teams with potentially diverse sub-teams; mainly on a global scope

- Regarded as the expert and innovation leader in their particular Function internally within the organization, and beyond

- Often required to solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the organization.
