Head - Indian Operations - Post Sales - Packaging Manufacturer

We are Antal International, a senior recruitment firm; currently hiring for a Head of IOS; Bangalore for a Large sized Global Packaging Machinery Industry.

Key Skills Required

- An Engineering degree is a must. Management degree will be an added advantage.

- Exposure to setting up and executing projects and managing a team of minimum 25 people.

- Should take end to end responsibility for site implementation including quality and safety aspects.

- High level of experience in handling all site activities including, site Installation, implementation and commissioning.

- Should have spent considerable time at various project sites and should have a thorough understanding of site execution processes and site implementation strategies.

- Candidate should be familiar with Indian / International codes and standards

- Knowledge of German language would be beneficial

Job Description

- Manage various sites and get reports from various Site Managers and Installation Managers. Act as a true leader, motivate and manage the Service Installation Team, trouble-shoot and ensure that all sites progress as per schedule and commitment.

- This is a management-level position with complete responsibility for the Division and multiple Projects and Sites in excess of 30 Million Euros or Rupees 200 Crores to be implemented on an annual basis.

- The candidate will also be responsible for all technical services, trouble shooting, overhauls and after-commissioning calls and upkeep of the equipment over the life of the equipment.

- Build and develop excellent Customer relations at the ground level as well as the ability to interact and position the Company's interests with the Clients Headquarters.

- Participate actively to develop a strategic plan to achieve the Company's vision, mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth.
