Overview of the position :
- Head - ISIP along will oversee end-to-end recruitment process of all store level employees including the onboarding process.
- Will need to assess the interview processes which include written tests, group discussion, screening of candidates and many more.
- Coordinate with the HR department for organizational requirements.
- Design/drive effective talent strategies and procedures around succession planning to ensure development as per operational requirements
- Participate to oversee the smooth conduct of Performance Management of store-level employees
- Support to develop and manage total reward programs/ policies and ensure their alignment to the overall HR strategy.

Responsibilities and Duties :
- Will be reporting to Head - HR
- Plan various employer branding activities
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Continuous building up of various sourcing strategies
- Manage external partnership with colleges, job boards and participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
- Prepare and review annual recruitment budgeting for ISIP
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
- Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
- Analyze ISIP recruitment metrics, like the source of hire and time-to-hire
- Provide direction, guidance and support to subordinates/peer/colleague to help them discharge their duties effectively.
- Monitor the performance of subordinates on a continuous basis to identify key performers and mentor and coach them effectively.
Requirements :
Educational Qualification :
- M.B.A with specialization in Human Resources or relevant field
Work Experience :
- Prior work experience in Talent Acquisition for bulk hiring for front line manpower hiring
- Worked on Talent Acquisition MIS reports and Applicant tracking system(ATS)
- Demonstrable experience in managing full-cycle recruiting.
- Hands on experience in MS Office package.
- Must be open to travel as and when the operational need arises.
