Head - Impact Assessment - Consulting Firm

- This is a country office level position.

- The person selected will lead the overall MEL function with guidance of Director Impact.

- The person selected will lead the development of all MEL framework, tools and system.

- S/he will ensure that high quality data and reports are generated and shared with all stakeholders on a timely basis.

- S/he will provide leadership and mentoring to MEL staff working across the regions.

- S/he will also ensure smooth coordination with all other departments and other stakeholders.

- Perform complex assignments with broad responsibilities where required outcomes are defined but methods and procedures may vary based on professional judgment.

- Translate insights into team-level learnings and efficiencies.

- Independently manage one or more projects/work streams from end to end.

- Supervise work assignments, ensuring quality, motivation, training, and problem-solving.

- Contribute to team and organization-level activities such as staffing, reporting, and internal task forces.

- Build and manage relationships with non-profits, knowledge partners, and high-net-worth individuals.

- Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic philanthropic initiatives.

- Establish and organize the team, define processes, and standardize operations to create a scalable offering.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Indian and/or international development sector or management consulting or start-ups with a focus on consulting, relationship/client management, research and writing, and multi-stakeholder engagement.

- A proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and managing complex projects.
