Head - IFRS Consolidation & Reporting - CA - KPO

With one of our client in Mumbai we have an opportunity for the position of Head - IFRS Consolidation & Reporting

This is a Corporate role and looking for someone at Sr. GM to A.V.P level with about 15 to 18 years of experience.

- To consolidate accounts under IFRS across the globe and to prepare,finalize final accounts.

- Fully responsible to close accounts of all subsidiary, group companies, JVs, Holding companies etc

- Monthly review of account books and report any discrepancies

- Prepare monthly closing schedules for GSO and regional offices

- Work closely on accounting process and systems improvements

- Manage financial reporting to the lenders and rating agencies.

Candidates should be graduate from reputed institution and a CA and having strong experience in IFRS, Consolidation and External Reporting only can apply for this position.
