Role Designation: Head of Ideation Research

Function: Research

Reporting to: HOR - Institutional Equities

Key Deliverables:

- To recruit and lead a team of experienced lead analysts. Leadership qualities to engage, delegate and extract best output from the team.

- To track and analyze sectors and companies across sectors. Broad overview of market and sector understanding is essential to engage in meaningful conversation with corporates and clients.

- Building, maintaining and driving comprehensive coverage of sectors and companies at the Ideation Desk. We are looking at this desk to cover at least 100 stocks across the team.

- Role involves interface with multiple businesses of the company and thus good interpersonal and communication skills are a strong pre-requisite.

- Leveraging Research Products to drive business and revenues at the desk.

Role Requirements:

o Educational Qualifications: CA / MBA

o Experience: 12+ Years in equity research.

o Domain Knowledge: Equity research
