We are currently retained by leading EPC company to recruit Head HVAC @ PAN INDIA LOCATION

Synopsis below :

Air-conditioning & Ventilations system design (Concept design, Heat-loads, Option-analysis for Energy- efficient equipment selection for Chiller, Cooling towers, Pumping system, Air-handling Units), Air- distribution system, Tender/RFP Specifications, Value-engineering, HVAC related BMS components.

- Planning feasible schedules as per project overall timelines

- Maintaining Team utilization as per departmental targets, Work-distribution & team-allocations as per project schedules.

- To lead HVAC team for various projects to make sure an efficient and sustainable design with timely deliverables to achieve project milestones

- To calculate heat load / cooling load and other necessary calculations.

- Closely co-ordination with clients for inputs collections and to understand the requirements.

- Prepare design schedules and assist in preparation of design budgets
