Must have full time MBA from premium institute
Experience in Business Partnering / ER / OD.
The HR leader will be critical in developing and sustaining the organization's culture. This role will be responsible for creating an environment where quality talent thrives.
The Objectives of this role include

Position Responsibility
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand how the company's strategy and the culture we would like to build
- Create an HR Roadmap- Attracting the right people- High performance workforce- Positive work environment
- Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to the leadership team
- Help the leadership in defining the robust organizational structure
- Ensure that the business is legally compliant
- Hire high caliber talent, people that fit in with the culture
- Design and run the performance development process
- Create a mechanism for continuous development of people, ensuring that the team stays curious
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources
- Build a strong HR team
