Academic Qualification: 2 years Fulltime MBA/MSW from Top Institutes in India

Work Experience : min 10 years into HR domain

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead & Strategize entire HR function for Plant & HO.

2. Human Resource Management & succession planning.

3. Aligning HR policies & practices for business goal achievement.

4. Maintaining cordial Industrial relations with enhanced productivity.

5. Drive employee productivity.

6. Managing complete lifecycle of white collared staff from hiring to development to retiral.

7. Lead and Execute Performance Management System.

8. Ensure all Statutory Compliances, Government Liasioning & overall administration of Plant.

9. Develop skills and capabilities through Learning and Development initiatives

10. Incorporate new age & best HR practices.

11. Leading & developing high performance HR Team.

12. Making & amending HR Policies & Strategies to suit business requirements from time to time.
