Responsibilities:
- Business Partner to internal Manufacturing Clients to provide direction on growth of the facility;
- Experience with ramp-up of operations, including providing direction and plans for growth;
- Experience with building and executing on strategic HR plans including but not limited to talent development, building teams and culture;
- Experience with benefits, workers comp, FMLA, Training, Manpower Planning
- Responsible for IR and manufacturing HR interventions, Employee Relations, discipline administration and Grievance handling, contractor cell management
- Contract labour management and management of unionised employees
- Employee Engagement eg. Get-together, Annual Functions, Welfare Activities, etc.
- Keeping healthy liaison with govt., semi govt. authorities like W.C. Commissioner, Gram panchayat, Insurance, Police Station, Banks, P.F. Office, Factory Inspector, Labour Inspector, Pollution Control, Police Authority, Local bodies etc.
