Job Objective
The Incumbent provides thought leadership and support to the top leadership in devising and executing excellence in HR and admin functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulates plans, policies and procedures for recruitment, compensation and benefits, office administration, performance management, and organization development
- Manage off-roll manpower (including In-shop Sales Promoters and distribution partner manpower)
- Benchmark competition best practices
- Prepare budget for personnel operations
- Study legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
- Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
- Finalize contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as administration, transportation, or relocation services.
Education
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent course from a reputed institute
Experience
- 12 -15 years- experience in Human Resources function with exposure in Talent Management, Labor Laws, Training and Development, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Career Development, Organizational Development, etc.
- Experience in Telecom, FMCG or Consumer Durables industry
- Ability to work in a scale-up environment and be the change agent
- Willingness to work with distribution channel partners
