We are hiring for Head HR for a financial technology firm that uses traditional as well as alternative data sources to provide Customer Profiling, Credit Risk Assessment and Fraud
Location - Hyderabad
CTC -20-25 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities :-
1. Own and improve the recruiting process and tools to drive higher quality of candidates, conversion rates, TATs and a superior candidate experience.
2. Develop and implement a cohesive day-to-day recruiting operation and related programs including creative sourcing plans to attract diverse talent across all functional areas
3. Translate recruitment initiatives and metric insights into actionable strategies for the recruiting team
4. Partner business and build robust job descriptions to correctly reflect requirements
5. Design and review the workforce plan for the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy.
6. Understanding the talent needs of the business and planning the talent pipeline accordingly
7. Identifying the potential resourcing solutions whether internal or external.
8. Planning & implementing the On Boarding practices to ensure effective orientation for new joinees.
9. Talent management strategies at Organizational & Business level unit.
10. Career pathing & succession planning frameworks and system.
11. Advice talent development interventions to meet the talent gaps
Looking For :-
MBA Hr with 8-12 yrs of strong experience in Talent Acquisition with combination of People management, talent management, development, on-boarding, hiring strategy development.
