Position : Head HR
Location : Nasik
Reporting to : CEO and Chairman
- Should be currently in a strategic position driving business HR.
- Strategic and developmental approach towards the people side of business is a must.
- HR analytics, Senior management compensation, Management developmental, succession planning, engagement orientation and executive coaching as a skill would be an added advantage.
- Exposure and expertise of scale up is crucial.
- Candidate should have an overall experience of managing all four aspects of HR viz - transaction, compliance, developmental and a strategic HR.
- He/ She expected to have hard core HR domain expertise including nuances of Industrial relations.
- He/she should be having roots in agriculture however this is not a condition.
- Should be dynamic and driven by passion to make people grow with the organisation.
