We are looking for Head of HR for a client in steel wire manufacturing based in Ghaziabad and NCR - to anchor the systemic transformation for the company , at the cusp of an IPO soon.

1. Education

a. Regular MBA in HR or MSW/ Master of Personnel Management.

2. ROLE:

a. Create and maintain a knowledgeable, skilled and motivated Human Resource in the Company.

b. Maintain harmonious Industrial Relations on a sustained basis.

c. Develop and implement HR systems and processes and institutionalize them for a high degree of maturity.

3. Experience requirement

a. Total Experience of 16 - 18 years

b. Handled core manufacturing HR and Employee relations for multi unit - large company

c. Exposure to steel / metallurgy sector will be a plus - preferably from steel or Automotive Industries,

d. Strong on legal compliance aspects / other manufacturing unit systems

e. Having worked in a multinational is a plus

4. RESPONSIBILITIES:

a. STAFFING AND EMPLOYMENT.

i. Man Power Planning

ii. Recruitment, Selection & Placement

iii. Induction -Orientation

iv. Transfer, Promotion, Discharge, Retirement, & Resignation etc.

b. WAGE AND SALARY ADMINISTRATION

i. Wage/Salary Administration

ii. Maintenance of Pay Roll

iii. Performance Appraisal

iv. Incentives and Compensation

c. MORALE & MOTIVATION

i. Non-financial incentives,

ii. Grievances Handling of staff & Workman

d. EMPLOYEE SERVICES AND BENEFITS

i. Safety, Employee Counseling

ii. Recreational and Welfare Services, Uniform, Canteen

iii. Benefits - Leave, Pension, Gratuity, PF and other supplementary items.

iv. Insurance policies, Gratuity, Medical cover for the employees, etc. if and when needed.

e. Administration:

i. House Keeping

ii. Transport

iii. Canteen

iv. Pantry

v. Contractual Manpower handling

vi. Discipline.

vii. Travel desk

viii. Medical Room & Hospitals

f. Statutory compliances

i. PF, ESI, Factory Act, Bonus Act, Standing order, POSH and other statutory return applicable. Liaison with Local Administration, Labor, PF & ESIC officials,
