Role Overview:
As the Head of HR, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our fast-paced, innovative environment. You will oversee all aspects of HR including Talent Acquisition, Business partnering,Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Operations, HR Technology, and Total Rewards. You will drive a culture of agility, collaboration, and high performance, ensuring that our workforce is engaged and equipped to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership:
- Act as a coach to function and division heads, promoting effective team management and cultural alignment.
- Support organizational design initiatives to ensure they align with comany's culture and business strategy.
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, collaborating with business leaders to understand and meet their hiring needs.
- Oversee the recruitment team, setting and maintaining benchmarks for time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and overall hiring manager and candidate experience.
Culture & Engagement:
- Act as a culture champion, designing and executing strategies to cultivate a culture of learning, growth, and high performance.
- Innovate to enhance employee experiences and establish Company's as an attractive employer for top talent.
- Develop and implement a strong employer branding strategy, utilizing social media and content to highlight Company's unique work environment.
Learning & Talent Management:
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to create impactful learning programs that foster a learning organization.
- Lead talent transformation initiatives, focusing on developing managerial capabilities and nurturing critical talent.
Performance & Rewards:
- Design and implement comprehensive compensation, benefits, and wellness plans.
- Manage organization-wide performance reviews and lead key processes like Performance Management, Compensation Review, and Appraisals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within a startup -technology environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with senior management and employees.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and foster an environment of continuous learning and development.
- Experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and performance and rewards management.
- Proficiency in leveraging HR technology to enhance operational efficiency.
