- Responsible for the entire gamut of HR for the organisation
- The client has multiple business interests spread across verticals
- Overseeing all HR initiatives and systems for the group
- Plan and implement policies, processes to support the HR compliance and strategy needs.
- Closely work with the leadership to understand the organizations goals and align them with the HR dept.
- Identifies the recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.

- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
