About the Organisation:
Our client is a profitable start up with fast growing business in the social impact space. They are backed by marquee investors and as a part of their growth journey, they are looking to hire a seasoned HR professional as a HR Head.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible to build the HR team and set up HR systems enabling future growth of the organisation. Key responsibilities for the role will be:
- Working closely with the founders and leadership team and provide strategic HR leadership to help them build a high performance culture.
- Talent management and drive employee engagement across levels
- Drive talent acquisition strategy to help the organization attract and retain top talent across functions.
- Set HR systems and drive end to end HR operations ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Implement performance management system to develop talent and reward high performance across the organisation.
Candidate Background:
- Successful candidate will come with at least 10+ years of experience preferably working with a fintech or consumer tech organisation.
- Ideal candidate will have a Tier 1 MBA (preferred) with a strong track record of success.
