One of our clients which is a leading services organization is looking for a Head of HR
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Develop HR Strategies: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. This includes talent acquisition, retention, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. Develop and implement strategies for attracting top talent and building a diverse workforce. Lead initiatives for talent retention, succession planning, and career development.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems and processes to ensure employees receive regular feedback, coaching, and opportunities for growth. Lead efforts to identify high performers and address performance issues effectively.
- Learning and Development: Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities. Identify training needs, design training modules, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain employees. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards related to compensation and benefits.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts effectively.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics and data to make informed decisions and measure HR initiatives' effectiveness. Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior leadership, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Legal: Ensure HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8-10 years) in a senior HR leadership role, with a track record of successfully leading HR initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and trends, including talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving organizational goals.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and HR analytics tools is a plus.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRCI) is preferred but not required.
