- Serve as a strategic partner to senior management and segment leaders, understanding business objectives and developing HR strategies that align with organizational goals and values
- Develop and implement comprehensive workforce plans that ensure staffing levels meet business needs, especially for high-demand roles
- Lead the development of HR initiatives that promote a performance-driven culture, increase employee engagement, and support retention
- Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation and growth
- Lead and optimize the recruitment process mainly for frontline workers , ensuring effective strategies to source, attract, and retain skilled candidates
- Implement tailored recruitment campaigns, partnerships with local training centers, and community outreach to build a strong pipeline of talent
- Oversee workforce planning and ensure a strong talent pipeline is maintained
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process that integrates new employees into the culture and supports retention
- Oversee the development and implementation of performance management systems that encourage continuous feedback, goal alignment, and personal development
- Ensure the design and delivery of effective learning and development programs to equip employees with the skills they need to excel in their roles
- Lead efforts to create a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and leadership development
