Reporting To : Board of Directors / Directors of the Company.
Job Designation : Head HR
- Purpose Develop and deploy Company HR Strategies and implement systems and procedures with optimum cost management & aiming at best outputs.
Category / Level : Senior Management
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS :
- Assist in formulating Company's future directions
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
- Sparring partner of management
- Support the business strategy with the development & execution of HR plans which are aligned with the overall group initiatives
- Develop performance measures that support company's strategic direction
- Pivotal role in Legal Compliances as per Labour Law in India
- Act as a trusted advisor to our key stakeholders to meet the needs of the business and ensure seamless process implementation and communication
- Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team
- Support the Board of Directors in various processes and initiatives and also actively contribute in various HR projects to implement local, national & global strategies
- Lead and execute competence building initiatives to ensure candidate readiness as per business requirement
- Act as a change agent and champion organizational transformation and transitions
- Liaison with Clients to make sure that we meet all the set standards
- Compliance and Statutory Requirement
- Responsible for implementing HR procedures, systems and norms and monitor the
same at the respective branches
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Streamlining Recruitment Process
- Finalizing the salaries of Finalized candidates, along with Hiring Manager
- Initiating & Implementation of Formal procedure of Employee Induction / Orientation Program
- Monitoring the Employee Joining Process
- Initiating & Implementation of Performance Development Program
- Establishment & Enhancement of Current KPIs of all levels of Hierarchy, specifically for Regional Ops Managers & Supervisors, to ensure best client services
- Establish & Develop a High-Performance Corporate Culture
- Designing of the Development Programs
- Budgeting on HR Development Programs
- Planner for Rewards & Recognitions
- Performance Assessment & Appraisals - Designing & Implementation of this process & Assessment of KPIs
- Employee Benefits ; Monetary & Non-Monetary
- Career Pathing / Succession Planning Initiatives & Procedures
- HR Helpdesks
- Employee Recreation Programs
- Survey Management ; Pay Market & Competitive Salaries, Department-Budgets, Company Growth Strategies, Business Development Strategies

- HR Business Operations Audits
- HR Compliance Audits
- HR Policies Identification & Development
- Amendments in Employee Handbooks
- HR Newsletters / HR Global Counterpart Updates
- Monitoring & Processing all HR Compliances ; PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, Gratuity
- Circulation of latest Minimum Wages Notifications, to Internal Team & to Clients
- Circulation of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF Notifications, to Internal Team
- Inputs regarding Legal Compliances into HR Policy Formulations
- Front-Face of HR - for all clients
- Compliance Documentations for Clients' Requirements
- HR Business Licenses - Contract Labor Licenses, Engagement with local labor inspector, Site specific audits
- PSARAs for all states
- Compliance Helpdesk
- Organization Design ; Identification, Analysis & Finalization, along with Management
- HR Trainings ; In State-of-the-Art Infrastructure at COE
- Identification of Audience (Leadership, Managerial etc.)
- Training Need Analysis
- Designing of Training Modules for different levels of hierarchy
- Documentation of Training Modules
- Conducting Case-Studies & Assessments of Trainees
- Rating-based Training Feedback
- Evaluation of the Ratings of the Training Feedbacks received
- Customization & Modification of Training Modules, based on the Evaluation of Ratings
- Implementation of POSH
- Regional (Know How) of compliance pertaining to particular areas.
- Compensation & Benefits ; Development of C & B Strategies after Identification, Analysis & Finalization, along with Management
- Building Organizational Corporate Work Culture
- Implementation of Continuum into HR & other Automations for streamlining all process of the current Human Resource Department
- Regular updates to the Board of Directors about all of the ABOVE Competencies

- Official Travels All Travel approvals should be routed to the Managing Director
- All Travels should be booked via Low Cost Airlines
- All Accommodations should be either in OYO or FAB Hotels only
- All local commutations should be done via Uber or Ola cabs
- All travel-bookings need to be done by self & related-expenses will be reimbursed on submission of Actuals
