- Designing and implementing Structured Appraisal Process.
- Structuring and implementing Increment process pan India
- Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation etc.
- Manpower Planning to optimize the manpower nos to meet the Vision of the Organization
- Streamlining processes around third party managing frontline field force.
- Planning, coordinating and conducting training for all sales team pan India in a phased manner
- Designing induction program to ensure new joiners get on boarded in a structured fashion
- Ensuring target setting, mid years and end term appraisals are done.
Education Requirements:
- PGDPM / MBA (HR) from a premier B school
