Head HR - Sales Business - Growing Startup
- Leading the HR processes end to end, right from hiring to exit, from strategizing to implementing of employee engagement initiatives, processes and policy framework to drive business growth
- Designing and driving the organization's internal communication strategy to increase levels of employee engagement
- Designing, conceptualising and streamlining the processes and policy framework
- Work closely with other stakeholders to envision, develop execute strategies that support growth, performance and future objectives
- Recommend improvements in existing processes and policies by identifying gaps to help in people productivity
- Experience handling HR for stores of 300+ is a must have
- Superior people development skills and robust stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently and bring in innovative ideas
- Advanced ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize under pressure
- Result oriented professional with advanced ability to solve problems efficiently and creatively
