Head HR - Saas Startup
- Drive and own the primary aspects of the HR function : recruitment, employee lifecycle (on-boarding, engagement) and people-ops.
- Work with the leadership teams (founders and functional heads) in understanding the business objectives, challenges, opportunities and facilitate solutions and people strategies to address those challenges.
- Suggest new and innovative ways to sustain and grow the company culture.
- Drive and manage organizational change management and culture development initiatives that support the business in its innovation and growth objectives.
- Roll out new policy changes/services and ensure business adoption and/or understanding of changes.
- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
- Define and own key analytical tools and insights that serve as an indicator of the primary aspects of the HR function.
- Set up and manage all necessary documentation related to policies and guidelines.
We are looking for someone with :
- 10+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in a human resources business partner capacity with successful demonstration of the key responsibilities.
- Understanding of the roles and functions of a human resource function within a tech organization - preferably, a growth-stage startup.
- A strong experience of working with software tools that automate and improve the efficiency and reliability of the HR functions - ATS, HRIS, employee engagement and lifecycle management.
- A clear knowledge of the key metrics and analytical insights that serve as indicators for the primary HR functions.
- Track record of building an HR team along with requisite support structures for the team to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills and is proactive in documenting processes and guidelines.
- A well-founded notion/opinion to shape the culture of a growing, young company.
- Brings in an approach to HR that makes it less corporate-ish and more friendly approachable.
