We- re looking for a leader who can contribute to the transformational journey for a multi million dollar SaaS startup. The company recently received a Series C funding and is looking to scale operations and expand to twice the current-size.

As a Head HR, you will be a strategic leader who drives agile HR processes and create state-of-the-art employee experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Be a thought partner to the founders and functional leaders.

- Be a change agent.

- Continue to build a customer centric, service-oriented team culture.

- Handle all operational aspects with excellent execution.

- Reinvent and operationalize talent attraction process as we build for our future.

- Own the compliance, compensation, benefits, rewards and wellness processes globally.

- Sustain high levels of employee engagement, development and retention.

What are we looking for:

- 10+ Years of management or HR or related experience in a global organization (preferably in the enterprise or consumer software space)

- Demonstrated ability to independently develop, drive, and contribute to overall strategic and business plans in a rapidly developing, changing, and creative environment.

- Proven ability to proactively translate changing business objectives to effective HR strategies.

- Relevant experience driving complex org design and talent/change strategies that effectively align the organization and talent to deliver on new business and creative objectives .

- Team player that quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with business leaders, partners, and employees.

- Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with HR Business Partner (generalist), Talent Acquisition/Planning, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Change Management, and Diversity & Inclusion functions.

- Knowledge of employment and labor law required.

As the organization and people processes will evolve with the rapid growth of their business we expect you to have deep, multi-layered management experience (not restricted to HR) and been through periods of similar growth. In this role we prefer potential and intuition over experience. HR experience is not necessary, but some experience is preferred.
