Our Client is a leading SaaS organization dedicated to providing innovative software solutions that empower businesses to achieve their goals. The team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. They are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Head of HR to join our team and drive their people strategy.

The Head of HR will be responsible for leading the development of long-term People Experience strategic plans and processes that positively impact the BU and align with companies' strategies and culture. The incumbent would also be responsible to design and implement comprehensive People Experience policies and programs to ensure the optimization of talent acquisition and retention. Additionally, this leader will be responsible to as well as build the necessary skills and competencies of all APAC associates which meet requirements for current business needs and future goals.


IDEAL EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 15+ years of experience of progressive HR experience in SaaS or Product based companies only.

- Should have MNC experience and good exposure to working with global stakeholders

- Working for a US based company is a plus

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to drive change management

- Experience in ramping up and enhancing recruitment strategies

- Should have been in leadership roles working autonomously and independently.

- An inspirational leader who can foster a culture of innovation, risk-taking, creativity, and inclusion. Has a track record of attracting, developing, and retaining innovative talent that deliver with velocity and quality.

Location - Mumbai/ Pune

Team - 8 to 10

Reporting - Global CHRO

Budget - 80 to 100 Lakhs

Key Point - Looking for candidates from Saas or Tech Product based companies only. IT/ITes experience is not prefered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Partner with the executive team to understand and execute the organization's HR and talent strategy.

- Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team; coach and mentor junior HR staff.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure the attraction of top talent.

- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and retention strategies.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and growth.

Performance Management:

- Implement effective performance management systems to ensure clear goals, feedback, and career development.

- Work with managers to address performance issues and support employee development.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs.

- Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations related to compensation and benefits.

Employee Relations and Compliance:

- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures as necessary.

Organizational Development and Training:

- Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

- Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and culture.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

- Develop and monitor HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

- Provide regular reports to the executive team on HR metrics and trends.
