- Qualifications MBA/PGDBM in HR
- Domain experience in Retail /Hospitality sector
- Managed more than 400-500 employees, 80% blue collar, 20% White
- Experience in working with various HR Payroll, ERP packages like Rallyon, Win HMS, and Payroll
- Exposed to Similar Organisational Cultural- & be a FIT for the same - vvv imp
- Handled all areas of HR including Recruitment, Appraisal, Training, Compensation and Benefits and Employee and Competency Assessment of the candidates.

- Good Interpersonal,independently lead and manage the team and interaction with all other departments, Articulation, Analytical and Process Skills.

- Role & Responsibilities Recruitment / Compensation:
- Overall co-ordination of manpower planning, recruitment, induction & ensuring cultural fit.
- Developing/ implementing new recruitment/selection policies as per staffing requirements.
- Improve upon the recruitment process for higher efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handling salary negotiations and compensation administration in line with the industry standards.
- Managing both Blue Collar and White Collar job positions.
New Systems, Policies . MIS and Strategic HRM:
- Work Time Study / Cost of manpower analysis
- Structure Organizational Development plans for enhancing the operational effectiveness.
- Designing and implement HR Strategy as per the overall Business Strategy
- HR Policy formulation and Communication Strategy.
- Competency analysis and Competency mapping.
- Modifying & implementing various reward & recognition schemes, HR policies and communicating them across the organization at all levels.
- Developing the Detailed Hr structure & estimated cost, proposing the same to the finance and management and aligning this with the overall budgets based on historical and industry averages
- Defining company policy & culture, communicating, aligning of manpower with the same
- Prepare detailed SOPS/KRAs/ Job roles for all functions of the department'
- MIS - budget vs actual - variance analyses and remedies & other misc MIS reports as required
