Head Human Resources
Job Purpose :
This position shall be responsible for formulation & implementation of the effective HR strategies and operating plan for the business. This position shall lead and direct all facets of business HR. This position will provide leadership and direction on a cross functional basis.
Key Accountabilities :
- Build a sustainable people management structure for the business and develop the recruit, train, retain, sustain verticals for the format
- Develop strategies and implement the operational plans
- Lead and develop excellent customer focussed and self-perpetuating people infrastructure through programs to better manage human capital
- To contribute information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction and establish Human Resource
- Develop the financial strategies of Human Resource Operations by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources
- Provide a continual training mechanism for all employees though L&D interventions
- Maintain a friendly work environment and achieve high employee engagement levels
- Ensure compliance to labour related statutory regulations
- Ensure timely performance management process
- Coach and mentor people on an ongoing process and develop them towards growing to the next level
Initiate corrective actions and minimize the impact of variances.

Qualifications :
- Post-Graduation in Management from reputed institute
- Specialization in Human Resource Management
- 18+ yrs of experience
- Must have handled a large workforce of atleast 4k+
- Experience of working with a dynamic organisation that has scaled up over the years
- Entrepreneurial mindset
