Candidate Profile Key Skills - Must have :

1) Must have working experience into Retail driver sector, which has very high focus on Customer Satisfaction. Example - Fashion Lifestyle, QSR, Beauty & Cosmetic, International Retail Chains, Hospitality, Hotel, Cinema etc.

2) Training & Development. Talent Management. Competency Development.

3) Customer first approach & mindset.

4) Team Handling experience is a MUST have.

Job Profile :

- To lead the Retail HR charter at a PAN India.

- Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan.

- Work closely with Head of Business, on the org-structure, job profiling, Talent Acquisition strategy, training & development and employee experience.

- Work closely with business in acquiring the right talent at key positions. Inclusion & Diversity focus.

- Culture building, Employee engagement, Rewards & Recognition.

- Retention Strategies at Store level at PAN India. Bring the best HR practices to attract & retain talent.

- Continuous evaluation and improvement of existing processes & policies.

- Work closely with training team on manager pipeline building, supporting the company's expansion plans.

- Demonstrate the Compliance process at the organization.
