Responsibilities:
- Understand the company's vision and align all HR functions related to Work Culture Management, System Analysis, Talent Acquisition, Statutory Compliance, etc. accordingly.
- Using social media platforms for cross-functional recruitment of Technical / Digital / Contact Center profiles.
- Devising policies for Manpower Analysis, Resource Management, Employee Engagement, and Retention.
- Planning Incentive Programs, Compensation, and Benefits, Appraisal Cycle Management.
- Designing process management tools for Training, Performance Management, Learning and Development across levels.
- Managing overall HR Statutory Compliance and all employee queries, and requests related to the same.
- Responsible for driving post Covid19 organizational change through modern and innovative thinking.
- Understanding of HR tools on ERP platforms.
Desired Skills:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 10 - 15 years of work experience in Human Resource management.
- People-oriented, results-driven with an ability to strategize.
- Exemplary leadership skills with proficiency in organizational management, team handling, and people management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
