Responsibilities:
- He role involves overseeing HR policies, employee relations, benefits administration, and Human Resources Information Systems to support the organization's strategic goals and employee well-being
- Proficiency in Human Resources management, HR policies, and Employee Relations
- Experience in administering and managing employee benefits
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to strategize and implement HR initiatives
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Previous experience in a leadership role in HR
- Experience in Retail/Aviation/Hospitality industry
