- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Pioneer performance management endeavours encompassing objective setting, performance evaluations, and tailored development pathways.
- Foster robust employee relations frameworks, adeptly navigating conflicts and fostering a conducive work atmosphere.
- Architect and administer compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Provide leadership and guidance on organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Lead HR analytics and reporting to provide insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and promote a cohesive organizational culture.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, trends, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and relevance.
- Minimum 12 years of HR experience, preferably with Indian organisations within the manufacturing/consumer/retail space
- Manage end to end recruitment and play a pivotal role in scaling up the organisation
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making.
